50g bags of bright green buds of dehydrated garlic scapes.  Amazing scape flavour so close to the tender curl of a freshly picked scape.  So tasty on oven roasted potatoes, stews, soups, or stuffings.  Bake into tea biscuits and brush melted butter mixed with some Pure Music Garlic Powder hot from the oven.  Looks great as a garnish.  Gotta love that sweet onion, nutmeg, garlicky flavor.  Now add them to all your tossed salads.
